OGEL IT LTD were established in 2016 as a Professional Services engagement partner delivering organisational IT transformations. The transformations covered the delivery of comprehensive IT environments encapsulating Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Client build & deployment, Network and Security services. Having delivered many successful projects our customers came back asking us whether we could provide them with a managed service to ensure the environments we designed continue to deliver a high-quality service with the management being completed as we had envisaged.
In 2019 we developed a comprehensive managed service offering in collaboration with our existing customers that delivers a secure, reliable yet flexible service that we are offering to both new and existing customers. We are an experienced Microsoft CSP & partner; our service focuses on the seamless delivery of Microsoft services enhanced with complementary third-party products and services.
We provide a UK managed service desk that extends to onsite engineering where required, 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday with optional enhancements to extend to a 24/7 service. All our staff hold Microsoft certifications and ITIL foundational certification to ensure our first contact services are consistently a high standard.
Our infrastructure support team provides our services desk with access to a wealth of technical capability whilst also ensuring the ongoing services are being proactively managed ensuring our customers service experience is exceptional.
We are still actively providing Professional services delivery across a wide range of projects including Microsoft 365 migrations, campus network design & delivery, Windows client build design and deployment to name just a few.
