Following the success of numerous projects, many clients asked us to provide ongoing managed services to maintain the high standards we had set.
In 2019, we launched a comprehensive managed service, developed in collaboration with existing customers. This secure, reliable, and flexible service is now available to new clients. As an experienced Microsoft partner & CSP, we specialise in the seamless delivery of Microsoft technologies, enhanced by trusted third-party solutions.
Our UK-based managed service desk operates Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm, with optional 24/7 support. All staff hold Microsoft and ITIL foundation certifications, ensuring consistently high-quality service from first contact.
Our infrastructure support team works closely with the service desk to provide deep technical expertise and proactive service management, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
We continue to deliver Professional Services across a wide range of projects, including Microsoft 365 migrations, campus network design and deployment, and Windows client build solutions.
