CallNorthWest
Achieve excellence and high performance

ImageCallNorthWest is the lead body for call and contact centres in England’s Northwest. Each year CallNorthWest works with over 300 contact centres, identifying the needs and interests of the sector as well as providing expertise advice and assistance. The Northwest is now home to the largest regional networking forum in the UK dedicated to contact centres, with high levels of participation from managers within publicly funded contact centres. At each forum, good practices in the operation of contact centres, development of people and a host of other topics are openly discussed and information shared.  
    
CallNorthWest also has specific programmes dedicated to public sector issues, including a programme of workshops exploring the Performance Management Framework and NI14. These workshops are hosted by the contact centres in the region, the objectives are to identify the good practices in measurement, develop benchmarks and identify solutions that work.
    
Funded by its members, the Northwest Regional Development Agency and hosted by the University of Central Lancashire, CallNorthWest seeks to support the contact centres in the region to achieve excellence and overcome the barriers to high performance.
