Permanent barcodes for lifetime traceability

Acrovision Ltd specialises in the world of Direct Part Marking and Identification (DPMI). This technology enables you to put a permanent identification mark onto just about any asset. Whether it is a surgical instrument, a firearm, a fire-engine item or a police radio, they can now have an “indestructible barcode” applied for “cradle to grave” asset traceability.
We can either Laser-etch, Dot-peen or Inkjet mark your items to create a permanent barcode. These codes will survive harsh manufacturing, chemical cleaning and user operation situations, where traditional barcode labels would not.
This can then be read by a range of Direct Part Mark Readers and Mobile Computers. With the associated software, we can provide either an off-the-shelf asset tracking package or a tailor-made solution to your particular needs.
