Since 1986, xl print has specialised in the development of software for document creation and distribution. The customer base has grown over the twenty years and there are now installations in over 50 countries. Everyday xl print's software is responsible for the production of millions of pages of electronic documents. These documents are printed, emailed, faxed or stored in document archive systems.

xl print are pioneers in the field of document creation software and are now releasing a fifth generation of products with its Form5 Technology. We have achieved many firsts with our products and have often been the benchmark by which other products have been compared.

Our flagship product remains the Paris suite, which is used by over 100 Local Authorities for the creation and distribution of Revenues and Benefits documents.  These customers use a variety of Revenues and Benefits software from all the leading suppliers to this sector.

Although purchased for this primary purpose, many authorities use their Paris systems for other document creation requirements, such as Payroll, P60s, Housing, Electoral Register, Parking Ticket and Permit Administration, Purchase Orders, BACS Remittance Advices and more.

Printing can be carried out wherever is required. This may be on an office printer, by an in-house print facility or through a third party printing and mailing house. Also, if a change of direction with printing is required, it does not matter, since Paris can support the process of choice with no changes needed to the documents, leaving control with the user.

The new Form5 product also has a role to play. With its in-built barcode and simple document creation capability, it is the ideal tool for ad hoc communications to customers, offering a real alternative to MS Word. With optimisation built in, not only can documents be created quickly, they can be printed quickly too – on any network printer or multi-function device that is available on a network.

Both Paris and Form5 are systems where the user can create their own document designs, but xl print also offer a complete service where we will create the required documents and set up the printing and document distribution workflow.
